Dont worry ive been contacted by the admins and im taking the steps to remove all references to your photograph and i am also leaving deviantart so rest assured justice has been done for my horrible act of using your photograph as my wallpaper and liking it enough to show other people.
I dont appreciate you saying i have stolen your work. What you are complaining about is merely a screenshot of my desktop. I am in no way distributing your work. Infact i linked to your deviantart page and credited you for your photograph. Now i have a comment on my deviantart page accusing me of stealing work which is something i have never done. I liked your photograph very much and made my OWN blackbox style to match it. The last time i checked using a photograph as a wallpaper wasnt agaisnt the law and it certainly isnt stealing someones work.
i wrote this on your site, becouse when i wrote on [link] page, you didnt do anything... I was upset and still i am.

IT IS A SCREENSHOT OF MY DESKTOP. Why cant you understand that. I havent done anything with your photograph it was not changed or edited in anyway. When i made my style to match your photograph i gave you full credit and linked DIRECTLY to your deviantart page as you can see here [link]
I have already contacted the deviantart admins about this and i am awaiting a response. I will not delete a ss of my desktop because it upsets you that someone actually likes your work that you post on a public website for consumption. I could understand you being upset if i was distributing your work, claiming it was my own or if i had edited it in some way but i have not. I posted a ss of your photograph sitting on my desktop and thats it. Why are you so upset?
